Thank you both for your response to my questions. You have been of great help. I did locate the Lotus Domino 6 for Linux redbook, and I have started reading through it. I am sure that it will be of use.
There are a couple of points which are still unclear. I hope that either or both you gentlemen might be able to provide additional information.
1. If Administration is done remotely using the Administration Client (say on a WINDOWS 2000 workstation), am I correct in thinking that I need additional software on my workstation to provide support for an X-windows session with the Linux server?
2. If Administration is done locally, how does one do it without the user friendly (LOL) GUI interface, since the Admin client cannot be installed on the Linux server?
3. Would you care to provide a bit more information on the cconsole and jconsole?
If you could point me in the direction of the correct Lotus Notes manuals where I might find additional information, it would be of great help.
